Teleservices Associates
FREE TICKETS! Get paid, too!  The Shakespeare Theatre Company at the Harman Center for the Arts is currently seeking energetic, articulate theatrelovers for our current sales and future fundraising campaigns.  Callers should have basic computer skills and be available at least four shifts per week. Available shifts are T-TH, 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Sat, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Sundays, 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Earn $9 - $10/hr to start, plus generous commissions and bonuses and, of course, free tickets to all STC productions! Assistant House Manager(part time)
The Shakespeare Theatre Company at the Harman Center for the Arts, a multi-venue LORT B+ theatre, seeks part time Assistant House Managers. Subscriber Services Manager
The Shakespeare Theatre Company at the Harman Center for the Arts, a prominent two-venue year-round LORT-B theatre, seeks a Subscriber Services Manager to manage the customer service and maintenance aspects of its multi-million dollar subscription campaigns.  Duties include the set-up and programming of seasons, order fulfillment, supervision of sales staff, and ticketing. Subscription ticketing management/supervisory/training and detailed reporting experience is required as well as a strong customer service background. Some evening and weekend shifts are required.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel; be able to use ticketing software at the management level (Tessitura a big +) and have a working knowledge of accounting procedures. Must have strong organizational, oral and written communication skills. Excellent benefits.
